Advent by Candlelight
December 4, 2019, 7:00 – 9:00 p.m. Advent by Candlelight is a special evening for women to become renewed and refreshed before the Christmas rush begins. This is an opportunity to relax and refocus on the season of Advent – a wonderful time of waiting and anticipation. 2019 Waterford Area Crop Walk
This year’s CROP Walk will be on Sunday, October 6th at 2 pm; registration begins at 1:30 pm. You can participate by gathering sponsors and walking one of the designed routes for either five miles, three miles or one mile. Central United Methodist Church Summer Concert Series
Through a generous memorial donation, Central UMC is honored to offer the Marv and Mary Wilson Memorial Concert Series to the southeast Michigan area. Overview of the 2019 Special Session of the General Conference
On Sunday, March 24th, a special meeting was held after worship so that the clergy of Central UMC could provide the congregation with an overview of the recent decision by a Special Session of the UMC General Conference regarding the ordination of LGBTQ individuals and performing same-sex marriage within the UMC.
