Many stores now sell gift cards from popular retailers. Central Church also sells gift cards through the ShopWithScrip Gift Card Program. Gift cards are ordered at a small discount (1-15%) through the Great Lakes Scrip Center. You pay the card’s retail value and receive full shopping credit; the difference is a rebate the church earns.
During the COVID-19 pandemic and pause of in-person worship, we have not been able to accept gift card orders at the Scrip Table before and after worship service. Central is now accepting phone orders for Scrip gift cards. Place your phone order with Debra 248-705-8546 or Rainy 248-202-8243. Central gift orders are placed with the Scrip Center Sunday evening and ready for pick up Wednesday during Central Church office hours. The Central ShopWithScrip gift card order form lists popular gift cards. The Scrip order form is available on Central’s website. RaiseRight
A new mobile app called RaiseRight is available for purchasing and managing gift cards. Debra has used it for the last couple of months and it works great!
- Before creating a ShopWithScrip family account contact Rainy or Debra for the enrollment code that allows you to set up a family account associated with Central Church.
- Once you download the RaiseRight app from your favorite app store, follow the prompts, input the enrollment code, and you are ready to shop for gift cards.
- Payment options include writing a check to Central as you have in the past. Secure online payments include linking to a checking account (a 15-cent fee applies regardless of the number of cards you order) or charging to your personal credit card (2.6% fee applies per order).
- Many gift cards are available as e-gift cards, which you can print or use from your phone. And many physical gift cards can be reloaded, used again and you keep earning a rebate for Central.
- Only you have access to your family account to make purchases.

Ship To Home
Your gift cards ordered through RaiseRight can even be delivered to your home using USPS First Class Mail or UPS for Ground or Overnight shipping.
- There is a small handling and shipping fee.
- This is only available when shopping with the RaiseRight mobile app.
- Ship physical gift cards directly to family and friends.
- Home shipping is an optional feature using the RaiseRight mobile app, it is not required.
Remember Scrip gift cards make great gifts, but they can also be used to purchase groceries, gas, goods, and services from many major retailers. All the things you purchase already, and you’ll earn a rebate for Central Church.
