Bikes and Bibles Family Day

Bikes and Bibles Family Day

Sunday, September 13th, from Noon Until 6 pm

Join us in the Central UMC parking lot to experience a bike obstacle course! This family-friendly event is for preschool through middle school. Pastor Jack and Rev. Cora will be present to provide a blessing for your school year or offer a free Bible if you need one for your home. Parents or guardians must register their children in advance and be present during the activity (this is not a daycare service or a drop off activity). Spaces are limited and donations are welcome.

To help create a safe space for each age group, spots are grouped by recommended ages for each time slot! Of course, families with a variety of ages can pick the spot that best fits your family or child’s bike riding abilities.

Upon arrival, a parent or guardian of each rider will be required to sign an accident and COVID liability waiver. Helmets are required for bike riders and face masks are encouraged when social distancing is not possible.

Volunteers Are Needed!

Help Central Church on September 13th from noon-6pm as we offer “Bikes & Bibles”, a fun and family-friendly event. We need volunteers to help with parking, provide baked goods, and help with setup and cleanup. There are volunteer slots for one hour for parking and cleanup or three hours to help man the event. Or, just put on your best apron and make some sweet treats for our bake sale.

Let’s have some fun providing hospitality to the families in our church and neighborhood. Contact Rev. Cora is you have questions or concerns. Volunteers and participants will be asked to wear masks where social distancing is not possible.
