Women of the Bible II Message Series
We all know the parable of the Good Samaritan, and today’s message is about the “other Samaritan.” The woman at the well was obviously in a difficult life situation; not living as a trusting follower of God’s ways and also not knowing that God loved here anyway. The deepest message of this unnamed woman is that God’s love is for us always – unconditional, lavish, deep and abiding love. We must remember that Jesus died for us while we were yet sinners (Romans 5:8). Based on John 4:1-42.
