I Me Message Series
In his book, I ❤️ Me, Dr. David R. Hamilton writes about the connection between our emotions and our body. As a neuroscientist, Hamilton tells us that we can change our brain chemistry to be more confident and self-loving. Hamilton identifies three stages of Self-love: 1) I Am Not Enough, 2) I’ve Had Enough and 3) I am Enough. Self-love is connected to our self-esteem.
