The supplies will be sent to the UMCOR Midwest Mission Distribution Center for assembly. Once assembled, the kits will then be shipped to Texas and Florida to help victims of hurricanes Harvey and Irma. UMCOR is also taking donations to assist with disaster relief.

Please note that the Midwest Mission Distribution Center is specifically asking that we NOT assemble the buckets, just collect the items needed.
Financial Donations
If you would like to make a financial donation to UMCOR you can do the following:
- Write a check to CUMC with UMCOR in the memo line. We will then send UMCOR the money electronically.
- Donate money directly for the relief-supply kits, which can also be done electronically [click here].
- Or donate on-line directly to UMCOR themselves. If you do this, please use our church code (enter state and zip and it will pop up), so that CUMC will get credit for your donation.
When you donate to UMCOR, 100% of earmarked funds go to disaster relief.
Thank you for your support of this important mission. Please share this page with friends and family that would like to help as well.
