While we are not able to be in person for this Advent reflection and celebration of the birth of Jesus Christ, we do want
to provide an opportunity for you to reach out and virtually share an experience with friends and family in preparation
for the holiday season. This year, we are encouraging hostesses to select a day and time to host an online Zoom event
for friends and family. You will be provided with music, scripture, and reflections on the Season that you may share
during your event. In addition, any donations gathered during this event will go to support the Methodist Children’s
Home Society in Redford, Michigan.
If you’d like to be a hostess, we will provide a Zoom link (if needed), along with personal invitations and a few gifts to
send to your guests in preparation for the event. We will also provide a training session and discussion questions in
support of leading your event. The invitations are available in the church office.
